Using a blend of Swedish massage strokes, deep
tissue manipulation, passive stretches, and
energy techniques, your massage is tailored to
your body’s specific needs. The result is an
experience that is deliciously relaxing and
therapeutic for your whole self.

60 minutes - $65

Experience the deep, penetrating warmth of hot
stones. Basalt stones are strategically placed on
the body, and used with massage strokes to
warm and soften your tired and overworked
muscles.

Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch type of
bodywork that enhances your body’s natural
healing mechanisms. A session leaves you
feeling deeply relaxed and connected to your

Eye Movement Therapy combines movement of
the eyes, hypnotherapy, breathwork and energy
work to help you access and release emotion
that is connected to trauma – quickly. Once you

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, please contact Julie as
soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. Missed appointments will be charged full session price. If
you are redeeming a gift certificate, a missed appointment will void the gift certificate.
